The Designer

Since 1977, Ken Ellenberger has been designing unique and creative custom homes. Based out of Kingston Ontario, his designs have been featured across Canada and in countries such as the United Sates, Switzerland, Germany and Greece. Originally known as Fine Line Associates, then First Draft Designs - we are pleased to introduce the updated brand of
Ken Ellenberger Home Designs.

The Partners

Over the last 4 decades, our designs have been used in premiere builder and contractor portfolio's. From residential homes to residential communities, we have contributed to the changing face of Kingston and the surrounding area. Beginning with complete street scapes, custom estate homes, renovations and multi-family dwellings, we have enjoyed working with thousands of clients.

Current and past trends have included; Arts & Crafts, Modern, Post Modern, French Country, Neo-Classical, Cape Cod, American Colonial, Gothic Revival, Victorian (Painted Ladies), Queen Anne, Tudor, English Manor, Canadiana, Transitional and Farmhouse to name a few.
